The town conducts this survey every two years to help gauge overall residents' satisfaction toward town initiatives. The telephone interviews will take about 15 to 20 minutes to conduct. Partici- pation is voluntary, anonymous and confi- dential. Oakvillians ages 18 and up will be contacted by an interviewer from Forum Research on behalf of the town. "I encourage all residents to take the bi- annual citizen survey," Mayor Rob Burton said in a statement. "Let us know what you think about our town programs and ser- vices and if we are meeting your expecta- tions."
