Halton police say additional charges have been laid against two young men who were arrested last November in relation to an alleged sexual assault that occurred in an Oakville home. On Jan. 8, police rearrested the pair. Michel Riad, 19, of Oakville is charged with: • Making child pornography • Possession of child pornography Mostafa Ezzat, 19, of Oakville is charged with: • Uttering threats • Forcible confinement • Four counts of sexual assault • Assault • Choking • Gang sexual assault • Making child pornography • Possession of child pornography Both men were held in custody pending a bail hearing. The charges have not been proven in court. No information was released about the victims. Under the Criminal Code, "child por- nography" offences involve a victim who is under the age of 18.
