With this basic truth firmly under our belt, we can face the injustices of life without growing bitter and cynical. When we discover someone has slandered us, we can rest confident that God knows and that he will take corrective action at the proper time. Knowing God is aware of all that occurs, both good and bad, helps us resist becoming vengeful people. While we may struggle to let wrong go answered; especially wrong directed at us, remembering that God keeps perfect records and will administer perfect justice one day helps to restore a sense of stability and tranquility in our lives.
