Glass artist to show at this Saturday The Scugog Memorial Public Library on Water Street, Port Perry, is proud to present the exciting and original work of glass artist Francis Muscat from January 22 to February 1L Mr. Muscat was born at Birkirkara, Malta, and emigrated with his family when he was nine, to Canada. He now lives with his wife Caron and daughter Daniell just outside of Uxbridge in FY amazing house which designed and built with, he modestly adds, the help of friends. The house may be seen on the Uxbridge Art Tour. His studies, first at Humber College and then at Georgian College included audio visual production, photography, design and graphics and the study of ceramics which led him to his particular ares of Latcham Centre Food Vendor Latcham Lot Decathion . Mr. Muscat has shown and sold his work at the Glass Art Gallery, Toronto; Harbourfront; Salon National des Galeries d'Art, Montreal; and elsewhere. He has won awards from C.G.E. and North York Art Coundl. On opening day of each art show at the Library the Gallery Committee prepares snacks and beverages for the public which is invited to meet the artists between one and four o'clock.
