A "Blueprint for Success" was presented to the Premier last week by the Association of Conservation Authorities of Ontario. The Conservation Authorities, who had their hadgets trimmed drastically by the province recently, say environmental protection and natural resources management could be carried out by the individual Authorities on a re- structured basis.
