For the first time in a long time, Abe Erb will be welcoming people for sit- down dining and drinking at its Waterloo location, which many thought closed for good. After reopening for takeout at the King Street location in early May, a pa- tio surfaced in the parking lot that was ready to open last week. "We wish they would close down King Street," said spokesman Shawn Flanagan, "but the patio's conveniently located out back and we'll have about 40 seats out there."
