I. .and the following address: Dear Mrs. VanCamp:-- We, the members of the Victorian | Women's Institute wish to express our gratitude for all your kindness and service especially during the last five years, when you were our President. Wé cannot express our feelings, but we want you to know that we remem- ber and appreciate your work as an ardent supporter of all progressive movements for the betterment of our neighborhood. The young people of our Institute, which you have been serving have grown up under your instruction, and are today coming forward in their turn to preserve the privileges that you have bequeathed to them.
