Three Sunday Schools are taking' their annual picnic to Lakeview Park, Oshawa, this year--the Anglican, the Presbyterian, and the United Church. Quite a sensation was started in town by the arrival 8f one of the worst auto wrecks ever seen. We understand, however, that the wreck was not a local one, and 'had been bought by a local garage for salvage purposes, ia Mr, A. Sintzel, London, Mr. Howe, Claremont; and Mr .and Mrs. Joel Aldred, of Toronto, spent the holiday with Mr. and Mrs. J, Aldred, Scugog. Mr. and Mrs, Sintzel, of Venice, California, are visiting with their daughter, Mrs. J. Aldred, Scugog. Mrs. Neil Wilkinson has returned home after an absence of a month. , She visited a number of places during her holiday, including Drumbo, Pem- broke, Woodstock, Bridgeburg, Chip- pewa Buffalo, Niagara Falls, but finds Port Perry as well kept and pretty as a.whole as any of these places. Mr, Henry Bewell, of Renfrew, was visiting with Mr, and Mrs. Jas. Leask, this week. ~~ tre (Ypres ALL MUST HELP # Hon. John. 8.
