"PROGRESSING The Oshawa Harbor developments 'are proceeding slowly but surely and 'a noticeable change has been made during the past week. The spur line across the creek, which was instal ~ ded by the Oshawa Railway has been ~ completed and the gang of men working on the harbor itself, have made rapid strides in their work. The facings have been started and the timbers and roughly hewn branches 'placed in position for the foundation. The huge crane being used by the contractors has arrived and is already in use, which assists in the work materially, performing its heavy duties quite capably. The pile driving operations will be started before the end of the week and this work iself should progress very rapidly. The gang.of men who have been engaged cutting timbers and logs in the bush near Port Perry have sent several carloads and every- | thing is in readiness for the driver to start. The preliminary work is well advanced and it will be but a few days before the other work is under- taken. --Reformer NOTICE TO CREDITORS Of John Russell Brent, deceased.
