Prince Albert's Farewell to Mr. Ireland One of the |argest and most enthusiastic gatherings held in Prince Albert church met on Monday evening to bid farewell to Rev. J, and Mrs. Ireland, who after being here one year, have endeared themselves to the .cir- cuit as a whole; so much so that the basement of the church was filled by friends from Manches- ter, Prospect, and Prince Albert. A program was given, and Mr. and Mrs Ireland were each pre- sented with a sum of money, most of" which was voluntarily handed in tothe committee. Then lunch was served, after which the meeting dispersed with*'God 'be with you till we meet again." Mr. Morley Campbell proved, as usual, an ideal chairman. Speeches were made by Messrs. Johnston and Dobson, Manches- ter. Mr. Diamond, of Prospect, made a brief but practical ad- dress as to the helpful influence of our earnest pastor; Messrs the regret with which we parted when all realized that Gob's work was reviving and taking on add- ed power. Manchester orchestra supplied appropriate music, and a very sociable yet sad feeling prevailed. There is much disappointment that the Conference did not field to the strenuous and com- ined efforts made by the four appointments to let us retain one of the most faithful and talented servants of God we have had for as our pastor again at an early date on Rp So Thin Jp Sena | Anglican Garden Party | Our local entertainers included | Miss Cockburn, violinist; Miss| J; were all well received and heart-| Master Sixes © phic Model 22-44, 3 Passenger Roadster $2560 Model 32-45, 5 Passenger Touring ~ 2550 Model 22-46, 3 Passenger Coupe 3406 Model 22-47, 5 Passenger Sedan ~~ 8920 Model 22-48, 4 Passenger Coupe 4000 Model 22-49, 7 Passenger Touring 2895 "Model 22-50, 7 Passenger Sedan 4350 1 The above fitted with cord tires Light Sixes ' + Model 22-62, Roadster 1875 Model 22-63, 5 Passenger Touring 1895 Model 22-62, Coupe, 8 Passenger 2640 Model 22-73, Sedan, 5 Passenger 2685 " McLaughlin ely He 2995 8345 259% 3795 1616 1650 2390 12435 3445 ia h | BEARE BROS.
