Of the 124 delegates, Port Perry sent 14, only Oshawa having a larger delegation. The principal speakers at the conference were Taylor Statten, National Boys' Work Secy Y.M.C.A, Canada, and W. He had tied his team in the Methodist Church shed at Port Perry, putting rope halters around each horse's neck and passing the Tope While Mr Leask was away, somebody moved the tea and tied only one of the horses on a long rope without running the rope' through the bit.
