An appetising supper was served by the hotel management--DMr and Mrs Joseph Stone. Some sixty guests sat down to the supper. After the meal was over the President called for in- formal addresses, and a number of the gentlemen responded and expressed their appreciation of the motive that prompted the W-C T U to hold the entertainment at the hotel, and of the «excellent fare put up by the hotel rmanagement. There have been many kindly words spoken regarding the "At Home." It has been generally thought that the idea of having the entertainment at . the hotel was a most opportune and pleasing one. Choral Union Meets i he Port Perry Choral Union will meet at the Town Hall to-night for their initial practice. Members please remember the date--to-night-- Wednesday, November 22 at 8 p.m. Band Concert The 182nd. Bn Band rendered some inspiring music at their concert in the town hall on Saturday night. Every number was good. The programme included moving pictures, vocal and instrumental solos, and selections by the male * quartette." Miss Florence Cook was accompamst for the vocal numbers.
