Pionio The date of the-picnic of the Port Perry Methodist Sunday School has been set for July 19th, to take place at Heydou Shore, Park, Whitby. SEAGRAVE The annual Anniversary of our Sunday School was held on Sunday and Monday. Beaitifil weather prevailed throughout and everything was highly successful. On Sabbath the Rev, D. Balfour, of Lindsay preached excellent sermons morning and evening to delighted congre- gations, The choir rendered fine music. On Monday afternoon a splendid baseball match was played between Valentia and Sonya teams, resulting in a victory for Valentia by a score of 13 to Il The marathon road race was won by Cecil Sleep after an exciting contest, A good program of sports was run off besides, and this the scholars highly enjoyed. A splendid tea was served by the Ladies of the Church. The ceremony was conducted on the beautiful lawn under an arch of evergreens and flowers, by the Rev. J. C. Forster. The bride, who was given away by her father wore white silk mull trimmad with lace, and carried a bouquet of white lillies. Miss Annie Ferguson, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid and Mr. Geo.
