The Farm is well fenced. _The premises are situated on the leading road from Manilla to Lindsay, about iwo miles ftom Manil'a, about twelve miles from Lindsay and about seventeen miles from Port Perry. The Farm will he sold subject to a Reserved Bid, fixed by the master.
