Be it therefore enacted hy the Corporation of the Township of Cartwright in the County of Durham, as follows :-- * 1. That, for the purpose aforesaid, the Reeve of the said Corporation shall cause debentures of the said Corporation" to be made to. the amount in all of the enm of Twenty Thonsarid Dollars, each debenture to be for not less than One Hundred Dol- lars, to be sealed with the seal of the said Corporation, and signed by the Reeve and Treasurer thereof, and shall declare on the face thereof, the authority on which the same was issued, 3.
