The reconstruction of the second section of Kent Street West in downtown Lindsay from Cambridge Street to Victoria Street, originally scheduled for Fall 2021, was started early in January due to the provincial stay-at-home order allowing essential construction to continue and crews wanted to take advantage of the quieter roads.
