Although there were no new reported cases of Coronavirus in the City on Friday, the  positive case is reportedly a staff member. The Health Unit has declared an outbreak meaning additional protocols will be put in place. The facility remains open. This is the third long term care home in Kawartha Lakes to have a positive case. Expendicare in Lindsay is currently in Outbreak. A staff member at Victoria Manor in Lindsay also tested positive this week. The city currently has seven active cases of the virus and the Health Unit is tracking 24 high risk contacts.
