Peacefully, after extended illness at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll, ON, H. Grant Orth, on December 5, 2020. Survived by his wife Mary Orth (Nee Alderson). Loving father of Karen McCann (Tony), Connie Greenshields (Jamie) and Steven Orth (Lisa). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Michelle Watkins (Andrew), Matthew and Liana Greenshields, Diana and Jacob Orth,
Survived by 5 sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Elgin and Elizabeth Orth, brothers Donald, Hilton and Roger.
Grant was a life long dairy and beef farmer at New Durham, before retiring to Woodstock. Grant enjoyed being the Past president of the Oxford County Holstein Club, and Past President of the Norwich- Otterville Lions Club. Grant the outdoors-man loved to hunt, fish and snowmobile.
Due to CoVid Pandemic restrictions, cremation will be taking place. The family will be having a private graveside service, this date is to be determined.
