Full Text: Mrs. Bessie Sowerby of 36 MacKay Ave., Toronto passed away suddenly at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby. A resident of Grimsby from 1920 to 1944. In her 71st year.

Mrs. Sowerby is survived by her two daughters: Winnifred (Mrs. Andrew Heidalewig) of South Africa, and Ivy (Mrs. Earl Cameron) of Grimsby and mother of the late Corp. John Hearn of R.H.L.I., also her two sisters, Major Eliza Langdon of Toronto, and Mrs. Brigadier Leon Pay of Santa Monica, California, both of the Salvation Army.

Funeral was held from the Jerrett Funeral Home, Toronto, to Prospect Cemetery, Friday, July 17.
