And who better to make that happen than locally- based Wells Auto Delorean Sales and Restoration, which will host Canada's first '80s and '90s only car and culture show. Dubbed Oblivion -- re- ferring to how most cars from those decades have rusted away and those that survived are quite rare -- the event is set for Satur- day, Aug. 25 at Milton Me- morial Arena (77 Thomp- son Rd.). .Running from noon to 5 p.m., it will feature cars, «collectibles, music and oth- er nostalgia. Organizers are plan- ning to have several '80s and '90s video game sta- tions set up for play on big screens. Attendees are encour- aged to dress in period-cor- rect clothing, while hyper- colour colour change t- shirts will be sold. Bringing along your BMX, rollerblades or skateboard is also encour- aged, to try out the on-site half pipe.
