The Milton music centre has partnered with Mil- ton District High School to deliver scholarships to students to help with their post-secondary fees. This year, they presented the MDHS Modern Musi- cian Scholarship to two graduating students. Each * student received $500 to put towards his or her university or college education. The process of the scholarship works between music teachers from MDHS and House of Chords owner Eddie Fiore. The music teachers will submit lists of students that they feel are good recipients of the award. After that, Fiore will meet with the teachers to review the candidates and distinguish . who will receive the award.
