: : In the case of the 2 year Temporary Limited Interest (temporary easements) commencing on the registration of the plan,in, on, over, under, along and across the Lands at any time and from time to time, without any interruption or interference for the purpose of entering with all necessary vehicles, machinery, equipment and other material required to facilitate the constructien and maintenance of the Tremaine Road North Reconstruction, including but not limited to the construction of a new interchange at New Tremaine Road and Highway No. 401;
