After several months of re- viewing Coun. Arnold Huffman's election expenses, the OPP will not be laying charges against him. The outcome of the review was addressed in a letter to town clerk Troy McHarg, who received it via email from Halton Regional Po- lice Service Deputy Chief Nishan Duraiappah July 18.
