The total number of days on the market rose to 29 days compared to March, so homes are sitting on the market for a longer time. 214 Homes sold during the month of April in Oakville compared to 195 sales in April of 2018 which is an increase of 9.74%, with a total sales volume of $244,166,574. The average price remained strong at $1,140,965 and the median was $1,047,500. The most popular detach home price-point was $1,000,000 to $1,500,000, which took in 65% of sales while Condos remained steady with 18.69% of sales. The most popular Condo price point was between $400,000 - $500,000 representing 16% of Condo Sales.
