London, Sept. 27.--A Freach air- plane carrying ten passengers with their baggage and French mail flew from Paris to London yesterday in one hour and forty-seven minutes. The distance is 245 miles, and the average speed of the machine was thus little more than 138 miles an hour, which was stated to be a record for a heavy commercial bplane fully loaded.
