This 'friendly feeling has been the main cause for-the Circolo successes. At this Easter Monday dance the unofficial annual fashion parade of the Italian colony ta- kes place. Last year the society reporters were astonished at the creations worn by our Ita- lian girls. A great crowd attended last Monday's party. ' The Joes celebrated St. Jo- seph's day at the Club last Mon- day evenimg, acting as hosts to the Bridge and Scopa party, at the conclusion of which they served a very delicious lunche- Dr. and Mrs. Frank Masiello are enjoying a few days' vaca- tion with the latter's parents. Mrs. Masiello attended the card party and seemed to have en- joying herself, mingling and playing with her old yequain- tances. The prize winners were: Bridge __ Mrs. Teolis and our Secretary; Scopa - Mrs. Mas- trangelo and J. De Rose. The lucky draw winners were Mrs. Fontana and T. Battaglia, res- pectively. Elo, 128 Earlscourt Ave. The decorations were carried out in St. Patrick's colors. Several young ladies assisted in looking after the guests, seeing that they were well entertained. The programme consisted of danc- ing, games and sing songs etc.. The main feature of the even- ing was Joe Catena's famous "Hunting Scene", which was done to perfection (Am I mor- tified, or were they embarrass- sed!). A delightful luncheon was served at midnight, after which dancing again resumed until the wee sma' hours of the morning.
