Wonderful wife and constant companion of Robert for 53 years. Devoted and cherished Mom of James and his fiancee Anne and Kimberley and her husband Jason. Lynda was the proud Grandma of Daniel, Caroline, Liam, Fiona and T.J. She will be missed by her two her brothers, Terry and his w i f e J u d y a n d B r u c e a n d h i s companion Jennifer. Dear Sister-in-law to Bill and his wife Ann and much loved Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Lynda was the very definition of a prayer warrior, the ultimate encourager, helper and supporter to us all. She was kind and generous with a wonderful sense of humour. She poured her life into not only her family but also into her friends and church families where she served her God humbly and faithfully. She was our Barnabas. Lynda's family would like to thank all of the staff and volunteers at Princess Margaret, Juravinski and Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospitals and the staff and nurses at Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network for the care and compassion offered to Lynda and the entire family during her battle with cancer. The family would also like to thank all of our friends and family who have been praying for Lynda throughout her battle with cancer. Your prayers have been an incredible gift. Cherished husband of Jeanne; loved father of Jennifer (Steve) and Joanna (Jim); adored grandfather of Finnegan, Connor, and Reilly. Dear brother of Maris (John) and predeceased by his brothers John Barry, Kevin, Geoffrey, and Neil "Benny" (Kerry). He also enjoyed their yearly trips to San Francisco and the Bahamas. A kind and generous man, he was liked by his many friends and will be missed by all those who spent time with him.
