Judge against him. â€" The particulirs of this singuâ€" lar case are well known in legal circles, but are so little understood by the geneâ€" ral public as to warrant their recital. Un the occasion of J:.lfo Lafontaine‘s presid ing over a Court held in Ayimer in July last, Mr. Aylen in the course of practice beâ€" fore the judge in a moment of excitement used rery strong language, for which he was immediately punished by the Court. In awarding this punshment â€" Judge Lafontaine stated that it was not the first time hbe had suilared indigâ€" nity and insult from Mr. Aylen, and be was determined to put an end to such conduct. The words of the judgment rendered lz‘ut. Mr. Aylen arse to the effect that the court must proceed quietly, that Mr, P.
