It was announced by Sheriff O‘Loughlin on Monday that Arthur Grimes, British immigrant, twice tried for the murder of Mrs. Pearl Stewart, wife of his employer, at Grassies Corner, February 9th, 1929, at both of which trials the juries disagreed, had been released from Lincoln county jail on the orâ€" der of the attorneyâ€"general, Col.
