Although Grimsby may not be quite as fortunate as some places in being honoured with a personal visit by their Majesties, King George V and his consort, Queen Elizabeth, at least they will pass through the town on Wednesday, June 7th, on the Royal Train, and those who do not get to some nearby town or city which they visit will at least be able to watch the train as it passes through. S Following a tour through the city of London in the morning, the Royal party will arrive in Hamilton at 2:45 o‘clock in the afternoon, and following inspection of the guard of honour, proceed on its drive from the C.N.R. railway station to the City Hall, and from the latter to civic stadium and thence to the Jockey club. According to schedule, the King and Queen will leave Hamilton at 4.10 o‘clock, and on informaâ€" tion from local C.N.R. officials, would pass through Grimsby at about 4:35. A rousing, warmâ€"hearted welcome has been prepared when their Majesties arrive at the depot in St. Catharines where reservations have been made for hundreds of school children, including those from the town of Grimsby. They will detrain at five o‘clock from the rear platâ€" form and walk across a royal red carpet which will extend from the station platform to the train. Prime Minister Mackenzie King will present to their Majesties his Worship Mayor Charles Daley and Mrs. Daley. His Majesty will then be asked to accept an address of welcome from the citizens of St. Catharines which will be presented by Mayor Daley. Her Majesty will be asked to accept a bouquet of flowers as a token of the love and esteem of the citizens of the Garden City of Canada. Mayor Daly will then present to Their Majesties the members of the city council and their wives and a number of other officials and their wives. Following the presentations, their Majesties and members of the royal party will enter their motor cars at 5.10 ofglqck and depart for the scenic drive, by way of St. Paul Street, West, across the Burâ€" goyne bridge to St. Paul Street, to Geneva Street, to Russell Avenue to Niagara Street to the Niagara Street highway, and by way of the Lake Shore road, to Niagaraâ€"onâ€"theâ€"Lake, where about 2,30 children will be grouped along the edge of the camp ground from Wellington Street, out towards Fort George. Children from Niagaraâ€"onâ€"theâ€"Lake, Niagara township, Caistor, Louth, Beamsville, North Grimsby and Youngstown, N.Y., will be provided for. Driving along the Niagara boulevard to Queenston and Queenston Heights and on to Niagara Falls, arriving at the city limits at 7 o‘clock, they will be met by a Mounted escort of the Royal Canadian Dragoons in â€"charge ofâ€"Capt. M. #.â€"A" Drury.. At the limits the 10th Field Battery of St. Catharines in command of Major E. F. McCordick will fire a royal salute of 21 guns. The royal party will then proceed by way of Bridge Street, Erie Ave., Queen Street, Valley Way, Victoria Street, Clifton Hill and the Niagara River Parkâ€" way to the administration building of the Niagara Parks Commission located in Queen Victoria Park, almost directly opposite the American Falls, arriving at 7:15 o‘clock. Mayor Carl D. Hanniwell of Niagara Falls, and Mrs. Hanniwell, Hon. T. B. McQuesten, Niagara Falls Parks Commission chairman, and other officials of the municipality and the parks commission will be presented to their Majesties. Their Majesties will rest in the offices of the parks commission for a few moments and at 7:30 o‘clock will enter their cars and drive to Table Rock where E. H. Kaumeyer, general manager of the parks comâ€" mission will conduct the royal visitors on a sightseeing trip of the wind tunnel beneath the Canadian Falls. At 7.55 o‘clock the King and Queen will drive to the General Brock Hotel. They will be welcomed at the main entrance and conducted to the balcony and the suite set aside for their use. At 9:00 o‘clock the royal party will dine privately in the Rainbow Room at the General Brock Hotel. The Royal party will reâ€"enter their autos at 10 o‘clock and drive by way of Clifton Hill, Victoria Street, Valley Way, Queen Street and Erie Ave. to the Canadian National Station. At the station His Majesty will inspect the guard of honour comâ€" prising members of the Lincoln and Welland Regiment headed by Capt. G. M. Lampard, of St. Catharines, and the Royzu Caria:di;ï¬v;&f;JForce. The 10th Field Battery will fire a royal salute as the train crosses from Canada into the United States at 10.30 o‘clock.
