As a Ratepayers Association, they must represent the people in the centre. To several resiâ€" dents this plan was not acceptâ€" able as they were opposed to reâ€" zoning of any description. Some of the most expensive homes in both subdivisions are located in this area. This appears to some to be a very attractive plan which is not high in density and with ali of the units fronting the homes in the two subdivisions.
