The Carnival this year is div- ided into two parts. The young- er children will take part in the first half of the programme which is based on the theme of the "Valley ot the Happy Green Giant." The young skaters will be costumed as peas, carrots and corn, representing the veg- etables in the "Valley". The preschoolers will be bunnies on skates. .
