(b) Southwest corner of Lawrence Avenuve and Weston The proposed parking standard for commercial uses in the proposed C1 Commercial zone has been modified to include driveways and aisles as part of the required parking area. The southwest corner of Lawrence Avenue and Weston Road is designated for apartments in the proposed Official Plan and it was previously recommended that these lands be zoned single family as an interim measure. It is now recommended that these lands be redesignated in the Official Plan for major commercial and apartments and zoned C1 Commercial. These proposals were outlined in the Weston Times together with an inâ€" vitation for any interested persons to attend a public meeting of the Planning Board concerning these proposals. At that meeting the Planning Board decided to refer the proposals back to the Staff for further consideration of the items brought before the Board. On July 31, 1969 the Planning Board considered changes to the proposed zoning for Weston and decided to hold a public meeting to explain these changes to the public.
