The Association holds regular regional seminars for members of its Child Amputee (CHAMP) Proâ€" gram, however War Amps chief executive officer Cliff Chadderton initiated this special seminar to address the needs of "Super Champs"â€" those missing three or more limbs or both upper limbs. Courtney, 19, was born a multiple amputee and, as a Super Champ, receives financial assistance with the cost of artificial limbs, travel costs for fittings, counselling, and attends CHAMP seminars. Would like to see an incentive program offered to residences who go pesticide free or use organic spray. Bike paths should be an integral part of all future planning. Must continue to promote cultural and envigonmental initiatives.
