The exercise in community building has been so successful for the Waterloo company that many employees donate more money than the company has allotted to them, belping pad out the annual donations which have grown from 18.000 Ib. of food raised at the first charity drive. "We give them the first $50, but many more people spend much more than $50, and whatever is beyond that total they pay for â€" themselves," _ said Joanna Musselman, one of the organizers of this year‘s NCR Charity Drive. "In addition, we give them a $50 gift certificate which many of them also donate back to the charity.‘ The local charities aren‘t the only ones benefiting from the oneâ€" night event.
