The study is being carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Class EA for Municipal Water and Wastewater Projects. The current and future needs of the system are presently being defined and input on the study is being invited at this time. Input received will be taken into consideration during the course of the study in defining the current and future needs, identifying and evaluating alternatives, and selecting the preferred alternative.
