The City of Waterloo Utilities staff will be cleaning watermains in the area bounded by Columbia St. to the North, Fischerâ€"Hallman Road to the East, the City of Kitchener boundary to the South, Westhill Drive to the West, then East on Erb Street to approximately Beechwood Drive, then running North to Columbia Street as indicated by the shaded area on the map. This watermain cleaning will begin Sunday, April 9/00 at 10:00 p.m. and will be completed on Thursday, April 20/00 at 6:30 a.m. Cleaning is not scheduled for April 14th and 15th but will resume on April 16th. During watermain cleaning, the water supply may be shut down at different times during the cleaning process. Therefore, we will work between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. each day to reduce the impact the cleaning has to you, our water customers. However, to ensure water for essential uses, please draw sufficient water into containers for use during these hours. Residents in the surrounding area may also experience rustyâ€"coloured water which will eventually clear. Please check your water supply before using. If you wish additional information regarding our watermain cleaning program, please call the Utilities Customer Service Coordinator at 747â€"8613 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. THE CITY OF ljz‘il Waterloo The City of Waterloo is hosting their 36th Annual Minor Sport Volunteer Recognition Dinner on Wednesday, April 19, 2000 at the Waterloo Inn.
