The purpose of the byâ€"law is to rezone the lands shown the attached KEY MAP to permit a Portable Living Unit for a Senior (Granny Flat). 4 The Byâ€"law defines a "Portable Living Unit for a Senior" as a portable living unit provided to a landowner by the Province of Ontario Ministry of Housing under the Portable Living Unit for Seniors Demonstration Project.
