"It feels really good to be doing something like that. It‘s good for community spirit." Donations made to Hardy Hearts are the organization‘s only source of income. Because it is an organization that deals with heart disease rehabilitation it isn‘t eligible for funding by the Heart and Stroke Foundation, a group dedicated to the research of heart disease.
