Mark Bryson Chronicle Staft Waterloo Athletics‘ FC feel they‘ve been burned once, and they‘re not about to let it happen again. _ _ c So when the secondâ€"division club battles Galt Eagles in the championship match of the Kitâ€" chener and District Soccter League Saturday, don‘t expect them to turn the other cheek again. _ _ FC playerâ€"coach Derek Pitt was infuriated with the roughâ€" house tactics he claims were used by the Cambridge team during a 5â€"0 win over Waterloo in the final game of the regular season. Pitt maintains Galt players clearly went out of their way to try and ‘"eliminate" FC players. _ ‘"Their game plan (in the final game) was to physically remove some of our key players, but it‘s not going to happen again," vowed Pitt. Pitt blames the referee as much as the Galt players and has discussed the matter with KDSL officials. "I‘m hoping we get a more experienced referee than the clown we had last time," said Pitt. FC advanced to the championâ€" ship match with a dramatic 3â€"2 penaltyâ€"kick win over Guelph Albion Saturday. Waterioo goalâ€" keeper David Hargroves stopped three of four Guelph penalty kicks while a fourth went over the net. Stewart Hopkins and Greg Heideman managed to capâ€" italize on their chances for Waâ€" terloo. SALES * SERVICE * RENTALS Specialists in medical products and services Designed for active use.
