The Lion Rampant Accordion Band of Kitchen- er-Waterloo won recognition not only for itself but also for the Twin Cities during its recent whirlwind tour of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. ln visits to Saint John, N.B. and Yarmouth, N.S. the Lion Rampant Band participated in the Empire Loyalist Day parade and 225th Anniversary and Sea Fest. not only acting as diplomats of K-W, but also presenting mementoes and picking up awards themselves.
