The award is presented an- nIIally by the Ontario Public School Teachers' Federa- tion-Waterloo District to a first-year teacher. The teacher must have attended public and/or secondary school in Waterloo County. Dykeman received the award at an annual dinner meeting presentation re- cently at Waterloo Inn.
