I like to prove to myself that I can do it," stltsiaid. - Chasm thought this would be a good area to try her service because it has "lots of young families" and there is an "interest in learning French.", She began this project in J anuafy by searching for information on licences, becoming bendable, insurance policies and more. _ In early March she spoke to lo representatives from Quebec colleges to have them get the applications started. She is hoping for 100 place- ments. In April, Giasson will trayel to Quebec for interviews with the applicants. From them she will require two references, whom she will also inter- view. Upon her arrival back in Waterloo, Giasson will begin screening the families who have applied for summer help. She will match three students to each family who will decide who they want from her notes on the interview and pictures. _ k .' r _ luv'"..': f ( 5 . _ . an /!l C' l . _ , 's" .5 f ' ( ' t _ Ill? , ik btp ‘: , . _ l C E .
