Mrs. Witmer (Chair man of the Board of Education) sent a lovely note of appreciation for the arrangements made with carnations and chrysanthemums. Horticulture also made an arrangement for the Fosterâ€" Parent Recognition Evening. Mr. Don nachie from Family and Children‘s Services sent a letter thanking and praising the students for an excellent job. e Home Management The girls in home management helped make costumes for the Santa Claus: Parade. Special thanks go out to Joanne Reitzel, Cheryl Jones, Theresa Littlefield, Dawn Straak and of course, Mrs. Strohmeyer. e Food Services The students did an excellent job by helping out with the reception for Mr. Townsend. We hear the cheese trays and hors d‘oeuvre were delicious. They also catered another retirement party at Willow Wells, hosted by O.S.S.T.F. District 24 for retiring trustees. Congratulations are extended to everybody involved in this Food Service producâ€" tion. e Orthopedic Students Danny Gervis and Tracey Glasner took bronze medals in a wheelchair race hosted by Durham Regional Police.
