First to become familiar with a few of the muscles on your face. Raise your eyebrows in surprise ..t the oeeipitmfrmttalis muscles ... it lies in and above your. forehead ... the auricularis muscle moves as' well. Wrinkle your nose ... procerus muscle. Move your scalp backwards and forwards .r. front and back occipito-frtmtalis are moving alter, nately. Frown and press your fingers at your temples at the edge of your eyebrows then along your eyebrows to the bridge of your nose ..e the orbicularis oculi ... it extends to your eyebrow region, your temple, cheek and nose. ICs main function is to close your eye forcibly, but part is involved in frowning. Its central portion is in your eyelids, enabling them to close gently in your sleep. or snap shut as protection. Place your fingertips directly above your ears and bite down with your teeth several times, moving your fingers forward about half-inch with each bite .._ the tem- poralis muscle, which overlies the temple. It is a biting. chewing and clenching muscle, and the most powerful. After becoming familiar with these muscles (and doing a little tongue work pronouncing each one of them), you are ready to massage. Use your fingers and press the area between your nose and your mouth, Massage your upper gums but from the outside, on the fleshy part above your mouth. Place the tips of your fingers alongside your nose, just below your eye sockets. and trace a path to your temples. With your fingers on your head, use your thumbs to massage your temples in small circles. Move the thumbs down and press into the base of your cheekbones and hold for thirty seconds. Move your fingers down toward your chin and milk it with your index finger and thumb. Massage the fatty parts along your jaw bone. The neck is saved for last. Stretch up and gently draw your fingers up and down. These are only a few massages.
