Standing erect, stomach in, put your hands, one on top of the other, just under your chin. Elbows should be shoulder height. Breathe in deeply and pull your elbows back as far as you can, keeping them at shoulder level. Hold the pull for five seconds, exhale, return to the starting position and repeat. This will pull your shoulders back and increase the strength of your upper back.
