It is a film put together by Adfilms Limited of Toronto into a colour presentation of TV and cinema commercials judged "best" from over 2000 entries from around the world at the 1980 Advertising Film Festival at Cannes. Also on the programme is a short subject entitled Cannes Cannes which captures the glamour of the famous film festival, as the audience follows the Canadian delegation and sees many of the stars. Tickets for the screening are $2 plus a one-night membership fee of 50t.
