Volker of Volkerâ€"Craig Ltd., Waterloo. Mr. Volker received his Baâ€" chelor‘s Degree of Electrical Engineering from UW in 1972. In 1973 he graduated with a Master‘s in Systems Design, also from Waterloo. After a short stint in teaching at.
