Agreement on salary levels and fringe benefits for the calendar year 1977 has been reached between the Waterloo county board of education and the Board's non-academic-staff associ- ation. The Board ratified the agreement at its regular meeting Thurs- day (December 16). The agreement covers 11 salary levels. Those start- Clerical, secretarial, supervisory and general staff classifications are in- cluded in the association ing in level one will now re- ceive $5,307 ($4,904 last year), while those at the top of level 11 will receive $17,669 ($16,362 in 1976). The Board will continue to pay 90% of the costs of the fringe benef it program.
