Waterdown opened the scoring with a run in the second inning. In the third inning Waterdown scored two more runs to take a 3-0 lead. In the seventh inning the Expos made it on the score- board with a single run to make it 3-1. In the eighth Waterdown came back and Expos lose to Waterdown In the Expos' half of the eighth they scored another run for a 5-2 score. Both teams went scoreless in the ninth to give Waterdown the 5-2 win and a one game lead in the best of three series. Ross London lead Water- down to victory going three for five at the plate.
